Detailed steps of the process of shipping an original ZF part to Colombia
Part request
Contact Recambios Ejes y Cajas (via WhatsApp, phone or web form).
You must provide:
Exact code of the ZF part (the most important).
Model and make of the machine/vehicle (e.g. transmission, axle, differential).
Serial number or additional reference if you have it.
Amount and city of destination in Colombia.
They verify immediate stock of original ZF parts and confirm availability within a few hours.
Quote (Proforma Invoice)
You receive a detailed quote that includes:
Unit price of the original ZF part.
International shipping cost (air or sea).
Transportation insurance (if applicable).
Proposed Incoterm (the most common is EXW or FCA Spain; they can also offer DAP or DDP if you want them to manage more).
Estimated delivery time.
They tell you the tariff code (HS) and if the benefit of the EU-Colombia Trade Agreement applies.
Order confirmation and payment

Common payment method: international bank transfer in euros (SWIFT).
